A Senior Manager at Brixey & Meyer, Tony brings clients over 20 years of tax experience, serving a wide variety of both privately held and publicly traded companies. Before joining Brixey & Meyer, Tony was a Senior Manager in the tax department with the “Big Four” accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP in Dayton, Ohio. Most recently, he was a Manager in the corporate tax department at MeadWestvaco Corporation, a Fortune 500 company. While at MeadWestvaco, Tony was responsible for determining the appropriate book/tax difference related to fixed assets and intangible assets, both for tax return preparation and financial statement deferred tax disclosure for all entities in the U.S. consolidated group. He was also responsible for supporting the total worldwide deferred tax balance of the company. At Deloitte & Touche, Tony had responsibility for all aspects of tax consulting and compliance services for various corporate, partnership and individual clients.

Tony is a frequent speaker at corporate meetings and professional organizations’ events, where he is invited to address a broad spectrum of corporate tax and tax-related issues.
