We are looking for a talented and motivated Accounting and Payroll Specialist to oversee our internal accounting and payroll processes Firm-wide. This position is housed out of our Dayton office.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Accounting and Payroll Specialist is responsible for preparing and processing accounting data relative to the Firm’s financial reporting. This position also prepares and processes bi-monthly payroll and maintains the payroll system to ensure accurate year-end documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate degree in Accounting

2+ years of related experience

Advanced computer literacy, including proficient use of all Microsoft Office products

Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Process oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines

Open to constant learning and training from other team members due to the ongoing diversity of client engagements

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Ability to organize and plan workflows with minimal supervision
