We are looking for a talented and motivated AUDIT & ASSURANCE MANAGER to join our growing team in our CINCINNATI or DAYTON location.


We are looking for an Audit & Assurance Manager, who will be responsible for managing client relationships and supervising audit and assurance teams and engagements as well as being flexible to support other Firm service lines on an as needed basis. To name a few, this person is responsible for:

Maintaining positive client relationships by clearly communicating throughout engagements, bringing new ideas and recommendations to add value, and understanding industry-specific challenges and opportunities

Managing team-members to produce high-quality work and meet deadlines

Developing new leads and contacts for the Firm and recognizes opportunities to provide additional services where and when appropriate

Taking ownership for assigned engagement profitability including billing and collections

Providing timely and accurate formal quotes and proposals as needed for engagements/projects

Communicating with all internal and external stakeholders to provide clear direction and resolve issues

Leading self and team-members with integrity, trust, accountability, and transparency to exceed client and Firm expectations


Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

5+ years of public accounting or equivalent industry experience

CPA certification in good standing

Proven interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with both internal and external team members, as well as external client relationships

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines

Open to constant learning and training from other team members due to the ongoing diversity of client engagements

Skills with investigating and analyzing source materials

Ability to organize and plan workflows with minimal supervision

Proven leadership qualities in managing others, includes both internal team-members and external client relationships
