We are looking for a talented and motivated AUDIT & ASSURANCE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT to join our growing team in our CINCINNATI location.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for an Audit & Assurance Senior Accountant who understands what excellence is and knows how to implement it within a variety of organizational settings. Our next Senior Accountant will be responsible for:
Establishing effective working relationships with clients and employees
Working with Staff and Interns to lead, develop, and support
Understanding client needs and takes initiative to recommend creative solutions rooted in industry knowledge
Ensuring timely client communications take place and internal deadlines are met
Identifying engagement and project issues as they arise and addresses them immediately
Monitoring project and engagement progression through wrap-up, report issuance and archiving to ensure client satisfaction and overall success
Working with internal team-members to ensure effective and efficient outcomes take place
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
2+ years of public accounting or equivalent industry experience
CPA certification is preferred or progress toward obtaining CPA certification
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple client engagements
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
Demonstrated client relationship management as well as collaboratively within a team setting
