We are looking for a talented and motivated BUSINESS ADVISORY MANAGER to join our growing team in our CINCINNATI location.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Business Advisory Manager, who understands what operational excellence is and knows how to implement it within a variety of organizational settings. Our next Manager will be responsible for:

Managing the delivery and execution of complex, large scale, multi-year (high cost, high complexity and/or high risk) client enterprise transformation programs

Documenting, and visualizing operational process flows, diagnosing gaps, recommending & implementing optimization strategies

Building, sharing, and maintaining expertise in both practice area and client environments to lead cross-functional teams to deliver on customer commitments and business objectives

Leading operational readiness and organizational change management strategies

Designing and owning artifacts to deliver client value & meet obligations as defined in engagement letters

 Participating in business development activities, including networking events, sales presentations and client proposals

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, or relevant degree; MBA preferred

5+ years experience working in operational or project-based roles

3+ years experience managing business operations and leading organizational change initiatives

PMP Certification and/or Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
