We are looking for a talented and motivated CFO SERVICES MANAGER to join our growing team in our COLUMBUS location.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an CFO Services Manager, who responsible for overseeing multiple client engagements and managing a team of Seniors, Staff and Bookkeepers. The client service aspect will focus on outsourced accounting and interim Controller roles. The Manager will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring staff, managing client relationships and networking/ practice development. This role reports to the Senior Manager and Director. To name a few, this person is responsible for:

Providing high-quality, value add CFO Services to clients

Managing client expectations to provide exceptional service to a book of business

Managing multiple ongoing engagements to meet client deadlines, schedule staff and ensure staff time is properly utilized.

Building and maintaining relationships with key client contacts

Looking for opportunities to create value, reduce costs and maximize efficiencies for clients

Reviewing work of seniors, staff and bookkeepers for accuracy of accounting and financial reporting

Mentoring and coaches Seniors, Staff and Bookkeepers

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; Master’s degree or continuing coursework is preferred

CPA or relevant certification

2+ years of managerial or direct supervisory experience

5+ years of qualified work experience based in public accounting preferred

Proven ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team setting

The desire to have fun with your work and to contribute to our unique company culture

Process oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
