We are looking for a talented and motivated SENIOR MANAGER to grow our Columbus market. This position will be based out of our Columbus offices and working with clients onsite

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

Minimum eight years of related experience

Managerial Experience Preferred

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Process oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines

Proven ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team setting

Advanced computer literacy, including proficient use of all Microsoft Office systems required

A working knowledge of QuickBooks

The desire to have fun with your work and to contribute to our unique company culture

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide high quality, value-add CFO Services to clients

Manage client expectation to provide exceptional client service to a book of business for CFO Services

Assist with Firm administrative tasks for CFO Services, as needed (i.e. scheduling, sales pipeline, performance reviews, billing, etc)

Assist with hiring, developing and managing CFO Services team, as assigned

Meet annual budgeted billable hours

Cultivate and close on new business for the Firm

Cross sell and identify additional services to provide to current clients of the Firm

Encourage an environment within the Firm that promotes our Core Values

Manage WIP and A/R for assigned clients to maximize realization and cash collection
