We are looking for a talented and motivated TAX SENIOR ACCOUNTANT to join our growing team in our CINCINNATI or DAYTON location.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an Tax Senior Accountant who understands what excellence is and knows how to implement it within a variety of organizational settings. Our next Senior Accountant will be responsible for:

Preparing and reviews federal, state, and local income tax returns

Assisting and manages client relationships

Researching and formulates technical positions

Preparing in tax planning and projections

Leading Staff Accountants and Interns to ensure accurate tax preparation and acceptable interpersonal interactions

Complying with tax matters associated with corporations, LLCs, S-Corporations, and individual tax returns

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

2+ years of public accounting or equivalent industry experience

CPA certification is preferred or progress toward obtaining CPA certification

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple client engagements

Proven interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with both internal and external team members, as well as external client relationships

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines

Demonstrated client relationship management as well as collaboratively within a team setting

Open to constant learning and training from other team members due to the ongoing diversity of client engagements
