Advice for Growth:

I was once told: " the closer you get to your goal, the harder you work". Whether the goal is helping a client through a difficult transaction, developing a team member or achieving a personal goal, this thought has always driven me through a challenge. Growth is never easy, but setting goals, working hard and keeping the right mindset are the keys for success.

As a native Clevelander, I am a DIE HARD Cleveland sports fan: Browns, Guardians and Cavs - I am perpetually optimistic!

Tom is married with five kids ranging in age from college to elementary school. When not at work he can be found on the court/field/pitch cheering on his kids in their sports endeavors!
