We are looking for a talented and motivated AUDIT & ASSURANCE STAFF ACCOUNTANT to join our growing team in our CINCINNATI location.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an Audit & Assurance Staff Accountant who understands what operational excellence is and knows how to implement it within a variety of organizational settings. Our next Audit & Assurance Staff Accountant will be responsible for:

Analyzing financial information and other research items when processing and completing work assignments

Performing required work steps, as directed, for engagement-specific programs and projects

Documenting procedures performed and any engagement findings in a clear and concise manner

Making engagement team executives aware of opportunities to connect clients with other service lines of the Firm for possible solutions to meet and exceed client expectations

Promotes the Firm positively in the community and through professional organizations involvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Progress towards either CPA license or eligibility to sit for CPA exam preferred

Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple client engagements

Proven interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with both internal and external team members, as well as external client relationships

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Desire to have fun with your work and to contribute to our unique company culture
