Debbie’s experience spans the full range from local CPA Firms in Tampa, to Mid-Market Accounting/Advisory Firms and a rotation with a Big 4 Accounting Firm. Advice for Growth:

I’ve learned the most by paying attention to what pushes me and what pulls me. The more I follow that awareness, the more intentional I become about where I spend my energy and how I grow.

Fun Fact:

In between finishing my undergraduate studies in accounting and entering the Public Accounting profession, I spent a few years managing/selling Corporate Special Events across much of the US for many large hospitals and large corporations. Key relevant experience that taught me how to multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and adapt quickly – all while delivering excellent client service. Two completely unrelated fields that both rely heavily on similar key personal characteristics for success.
