No matter how busy I am, I always try to take the time to help out others if they have a questions/problem. I know how difficult it can be to approach others for help with a question so will either try to take a break in what I am doing or follow up with them in a few minutes to help. So, my advice is to ask questions and be willing to help others as you grow through your career.
