Kari is a State & Local Tax Senior Manager at the firm. She is responsible for a variety of state and local incentives and tax consulting projects at Brixey & Meyer. She specializes in economic development incentives and multi-state sales/use tax consulting and compliance work. Her client base expands across most industries and is heavily weighted in the manufacturing, technology, and retail sectors.
The best advice I have is something that I was told at various times as a child, teenager, and young adult. Don’t give up. When you are challenged in your profession, look for a solution in more ways than one and find the best path forward. If your research and hard work leads you down a different path than you initially wanted to take, so be it. But you can almost always find a positive direction forward.

Kari has two kids (boy and girl twins) and a Morkie. She loves summer, Maine, walking as much as possible, Law & Order: SVU, and coffee.
