Advice for Growth:

I have always had two goals in my career; Be an asset to the company I work for and always be open to learn new things. It’s an amazing feeling to be the trusted go-to person for helping get to the root of an issue and provide solutions. In that process I get to learn about new software and dive into how things work together to help the company function more efficiently. At the end of the day, I don’t want to be afraid to learn new things. “It’s not failure until you stop trying.”

Fun Fact:

Amanda loves the show The Office, Legos, and Excel. Her favorite Lego set is The Office floorplan. Second favorite are the flowers/bouquet sets (everyone knows she doesn’t have a green thumb). She believes a spreadsheet can solve most problems.
